Instructions for use Preparing baby food to eat with a spoon: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before preparing your babys food and use clean utensils. Pour 160 ml of warm milk (it can be breast milk or whatever your baby usually drinks) into a bowl or plate. Add 25g (4 or 5 tablespoons) of Gerber baby food. Stir with a fork until you have a smooth mixture. No cooking is necessary. Check the temperature before feeding your baby and use a clean spoon. Do you prefer to use a bottle? Add the amount of baby food indicated by the pediatrician to the milk bottle, according to your babys age. Rotate the bottle with your hands and shake it until the mixture is homogeneous. Done!
