Cinafen Cinnamon and Fenugreek contains combinations of cinnamon extract and fenugreek extract. This is the equivalent of 3 g of cinnamon and 2 g of fenugreek in 1 tablet. Cinnamon helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Recommended daily dose and method of use: ONE OR TWO TABLETS A DAY. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It can be consumed in combination with other products from the Vitabiotics series.
