VetExpert Benzoic - Dermatocosmetic shampoo dedicated to animals whose skin and fur are affected by excess sebum (greasy fur) Indications for use in demodicosis, folliculitis, keratolytic and seborrheic disorders. Target species: dogs, cats How to use: Wet the coat with warm water and apply a small amount of shampoo. Massage for approximately 5 minutes. Protect the animals eyes and ears during bathing. Rinse carefully. Repeat if necessary. Ingredients: Water, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Glucoside, Glycerin, Benzoyl Peroxide (75%), Laureth-2, Xanthan Gum, Euperlan, Panthenol Description: Benzoyl Peroxyd exerts strong oxidizing, antibacterial and keratolytic properties, stimulating healing processes and collagen synthesis. The antibacterial action is based on the release of active atomic oxygen molecules of benzoyl peroxide, which inhibit the development of anaerobic bacteria. Through its demonstrated antibacterial and keratolytic action, Benzoyl peroxide reduces the number of inflammatory lesions and comedones. It increases the oxygen supply to the tissues, easily crosses the stratum corneum, where it is metabolized at the level of keratinocytes into benzoic acid. It is excreted from the body through urine. Panthenol is an active compound with a cosmetic effect on the skin. It accelerates the regeneration of the epidermis due to its anti-inflammatory effect. Panthenol is used in skin and hair care due to its ability to penetrate their structure. It softens the skin and hair.
