Pull the outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal and ensure a proper and comfortable fit. 2. Carefully insert the earplug into the ear canal, twisting and moving it gently. 3. When inserted correctly, the earplug should fit snugly, all edges should be inside the ear canal, and the level of ambient noise should be significantly reduced. If the earplug does not fit well, we recommend trying a different size. Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should always be possible to grab and remove it. Removal: To avoid pain and/or damage to the ear canal/eardrum, gently twist the earplugs while slowly removing them.
