How to use NASAL WASHES Using the appropriate dosing syringe, extract the required amount (5 ml) for nasal irrigation. Apply the solution to both nostrils. Repeat twice per nostril. We recommend two irrigations per day (morning and evening) or as directed by your doctor. 1. Aspirate the required amount of solution. 2.
