Mepilex Border Flex Description Class IIB Medical Device (Directive 93/42/EEC). Sterile. Absorbent polyurethane foam, with edge and Flex technology. A bordered dressing made of highly absorbent polyurethane foam, featuring a five-layer, slotted structure and Proprietary Flex Technology to accommodate body movement and prevent premature dressing detachment. The wound contact layer is made of Safetac soft silicone and the innovative Exudate Monitoring System on the outer surface allows for objective monitoring and documentation of exudate spread, thus avoiding excessive dressing changes. It is available in square and oval shapes to ensure secure fit even in difficult-to-reach areas. Latex free. Conservation Store at room temperature, in a dry, clean place.
