Reflux is the backflow of stomach acid into the esophagus, which can become painfully inflamed. This can cause symptoms such as a painful, burning sensation rising to the throat in the chest area (heartburn) and a sour taste in the mouth (acid reflux). Symptoms of reflux and heartburn can be relieved after just one day of treatment with Pantoprazole beta 20 mg gastro-resistant tablets.
