How to use To use Paident for the first time, prime the airless system by pressing several times until the gel comes out. Apply once a day, in the evening, before bed. Brush your teeth thoroughly, preferably with a fluoride-free toothpaste. Place a first dose of gel on the applicator and spread it over the lower jaw. Place a second dose on the applicator and spread it over the upper jaw. Avoid rinsing your mouth, drinking, and eating to allow the Paident ingredients to work. You can spit out any excess product if you like.
