OtriNatural Nasal Cleansing Strong is an isotonic nasal spray that helps maintain nasal health and prevent secondary ENT infections. The nasal rinse is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% NaCl), naturally rich in marine minerals and trace elements. It cleanses the nasal cavities and moisturizes the nasal mucosa. Instructions for use: From 2 years of age, the recommended dosage is 1-2 sprays into each nostril, 2-3 times daily. For all age groups from 6 years of age, the recommended dosage is 1-3 sprays into each nostril, 2-4 times daily. Adults & Children: Remove the protective cap and attach the spray head to the bottle. Bend over a sink and gently tilt your head to the side. Gently insert the tip of the spray nozzle into the upper nostril. Press the spray head all the way down to release a sufficient amount of solution. Repeat the process on the other side. Blow your nose. Rinse the spray head with warm water after each use. Do not share the spray with other people, as infections can be transmitted. Babies & Toddlers: Remove the protective cap and attach the spray head to the bottle. Lay the baby on its back, gently tilt its head to the side and hold it in this position. Gently insert the tip of the spray nozzle into the upper nostril. Press the spray head all the way down to release a sufficient amount of solution. Repeat the process on the other side. Return the baby to an upright position, allow the solution to drain, and wipe the nose. Rinse the spray head with warm water after each use. Do not share the spray with other people, as infections can be transmitted.
