For adults and children aged 6 and over Sine AL nasal spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride. Xylometazoline has vasoconstrictive properties and thus reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa. It is therefore used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in cases of the common cold, vasomotor rhinitis, and allergic rhinitis. It also facilitates drainage in cases of sinusitis and eustachian tube catarrh associated with a cold. For use in adults, adolescents and children over 6 years of age.
