Organic Spirulina is a single-celled spiral-shaped algae, hence its name. It is the food with the highest protein content in the world. Its blue-green color is due to the presence of chlorophyll (green) and phycocyanin (blue). These tablets contain 70% vegetable protein, with all essential amino acids in balance.
