Forté Stress Mood is based on chronobiology, with a day and night action. The day tablet contains rhodiola, which helps the body adapt to emotional stress and contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity. It is fortified with two amino acids precursors of dopamine: L-phenylalanine and L-tyrosine. The night tablet offers saffron, which helps maintain a positive mood and promotes relaxation, and tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin. All this is combined with vitamins B3 and B5, which help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
