How to use Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided. Adults : Take 30-60 ml daily. Also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Children : Take 20-30 ml daily. The product can be taken in the morning or evening, although it is best to take it in the evening before bed. It is also recommended to drink plenty of fluids (water or herbal teas) throughout the day. Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
