Its components help eliminate excess mucus and also have protective, emollient and soothing effects on irritated mucosa. How to use Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1-2 sprays per nostril up to 4 times daily. Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 spray per nostril up to 2 times a day. Blow your nose before spraying. Spray the solution into each nostril, keeping your head straight. After spraying, gently press your index finger on the nostril to ensure that the solution is distributed throughout the nasal mucosa. A slight, temporary tingling sensation after application is normal.
