Size: Before applying, line up your nails with the sides facing your cuticles and find the correct size for each nail (found on the tab on each nail – 1 is the largest, 11 is the smallest for future reference). 2. Preparation: Wash hands with soap and water and dry well. Use the included cuticle stick to push away any excess skin. Wipe the nails with the included prep pad (the most important step), to clean the nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to the prep pad.). 3. Application: Peel off the backing from the nail, then press it onto the natural nail, in the center and on both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. Wait at least an hour to wet your hands or file your nails if you wish.
