ACTION AND DESCRIPTION Designed to be inserted into the ear canal to reduce exposure to harmful noise levels and other annoying sounds. COMPOSITION Polyurethane foam. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Before each adjustment, inspect the plugs to ensure they are in good condition. If they are damaged or deteriorated, discard them immediately and replace them with new ones. Wash and rinse your hands before inserting the earplug. Always adjust earplugs before entering a noisy area. 1. Slowly shape the cork with your thumb and fingers. Gradually increase pressure to compress the cork into a very thin, wrinkle-free cylinder. 2. Insert the tightly compressed earplug into the ear canal while pulling the ear outward and upward with the opposite hand. 3. Keep the plug inside the ear canal while it expands. Feel the earplug. You should only feel the end of it. If you feel that most of the earplug is out of the ear canal, remove it and repeat the fitting. If you dont get a good fit, try another size or a different hearing protector. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Always make sure that the product: - It is suitable for work. - Fits properly. - It is worn throughout the exhibition. - It is changed when necessary. This product may be damaged by some chemicals. Corded earplugs should not be used where there is a risk of the cord becoming entangled during use. Removing the plug too quickly can damage your ear. Proper selection, training, use, and maintenance of equipment are necessary to achieve effective user protection against noise. Failure to follow all instructions and/or failure to properly select and use earplugs during noise exposure may result in adverse health effects, including injury and/or permanent hearing loss.
