A dressing with extremely high absorbency and superabsorbent. A two-layer outer nonwoven fabric surrounds the entire dressing. The outer nonwoven fabric layer, with hydrophobic properties, prevents the dressing from adhering to the wound. The inner layer, made of cellulose fibers, has hydrophilic properties, allowing exudate to quickly move into the absorbent layer. The absorbent layer contains cellulose pulp and a superabsorbent with very high absorption properties. Exudate is bound and enclosed within the structure of the absorbent layer. The softness of the absorbent layer also gives it cushioning properties. The absorbent layer is surrounded by a thin nonwoven fabric that evenly distributes exudate across its entire surface. On the side opposite the wound, the dressing is equipped with a special nonwoven fabric that is air-permeable but fluid-tight, preventing secretions from seeping out and protecting against contamination.
