Gluten and lactose free. How to use Children 2-5 years: 5 ml 2-3 times a day. Children 6-12 years: 10 ml twice a day. Adults and adolescents from 12 years: 10 ml 3 times a day. Take preferably between meals. Shake the bottle before use. Wash the measuring cup thoroughly after use. Close the bottle tightly after use.
