Product description Yalugard Syrup for acid reflux and heartburn, 20 sachets Yalugard , a medical device in syrup form, is indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and laryngopharyngeal reflux, as well as conditions such as esophagitis, regurgitation, difficulty swallowing (dysphagia), pain upon swallowing (odynophagia), and heartburn (burning sensation in the esophagus). It increases gastric pH and protects the mucosa from the effects of reflux. Additionally, the product supports the regeneration of the gastric and esophageal mucosa . - Creates a mechanical anti-reflux barrier - Prevents reflux of food - Neutralizes gastric juice and inhibits pepsin activity - Speeds up the process of stomach emptying - Regenerates the irritated esophageal mucosa and provides it with protection The Yalugard medical device is intended for: - patients taking drugs from the group: nitrates, calcium channel blockers, theophylline, alpha-blockers, steroids, beta2 mimetics - for the elderly - obese/diabetic patients – excess body weight may increase intra-abdominal pressure and promote reflux. - for patients who smoke – smoking weakens the lower esophageal sphincter. - pregnant women – reflux often occurs during pregnancy (increased pressure in the abdominal cavity – enlarging uterus) - patients with an incorrect diet – eating fatty, spicy, sweet foods may exacerbate symptoms. - Patients who abuse alcohol – alcohol consumed in large quantities reduces the tone of the lower esophageal sphincter. It also strongly stimulates gastric acid production. How to use: Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, take one sachet after each main meal and in the evening before bed. Before use, shake the contents of the sachet by gently squeezing the sides, then open and take. It is not recommended to use this product for longer than 30 days.
