Thereafter, 1 capsule daily with meals. Ketogenic diets: 1 capsule per day with meals for at least one month. Gastric banding: 1 capsule twice daily with meals for 1 month. Thereafter, 1 capsule daily with meals. Deficiencies and replenishments (elderly or athletes): 1 capsule per day during meals for at least one month.
