It can be used: - as an ingredient for the preparation of creams, balms and salves, applied as a warming massage, before sports or for cold limbs; - diluted in vegetable oil, applied by massage on areas with rheumatic pain, arthritis, sciatica and painful or swollen legs; - diluted in vegetable oil, applied by massage on the back to strengthen the immune system, especially in the cold season; - included in a cream base or vegetable oil, applied by friction on the chest in case of respiratory tract problems, bronchitis, sinusitis and laryngitis; - added to hot water or herbal infusion, by inhalation, as an adjuvant in respiratory infections, bronchitis, sinusitis, coughs and colds; - as a perfume, tonic and antiseptic essence for soaps and hygiene products; - in the vaporizer or sprayed in the rooms, possibly together with other essences, in case of fatigue, physical and mental exhaustion or asthenia.
