LATEX ALLERGY Does not contain latex. DESCRIPTION Dental floss removes plaque and food residue from between teeth, especially near the gum line. Fluoride strengthens enamel in hard-to-reach areas. Mild mint flavor. Waxed dental tape, 50 meters. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 1. Cut 50 cm of tape and wrap most of it around one of your middle fingers. 2. Roll the rest in the opposite hand, to collect the dental tape as it is used. 3. Pull taut a piece of tape about 2 to 3 cm long using your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Insert the tape between your teeth with a gentle sawing motion. When the tape reaches the gum line, curve it into a C shape against one of your teeth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth until you feel resistance. 5. Rub the tape against the tooth to remove food debris and plaque. 6. Repeat these operations with the remaining teeth using a clean piece of tape for each one.
