Vitamin D3 + K2 Forte, 30 capsules, Zenyth Vitamin D3+K2 Forte are two food supplements that combine vitamin D3 with K2. Vitamin D3 is involved in the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, the strengthening of immunity and the bone system. When a supplement with a high dose of Vitamin D3 is used, it is absolutely necessary to combine it with vitamin K2. The latter is involved in the transfer of calcium to areas where the body needs it, such as bones and teeth. In addition, Vitamin K2 fights calcium deposits on the arteries, in other words it helps remove calcium from areas where this mineral should not be found (arteries and soft tissues). The vitamin K2 used in the two products is MK7 (menaquinone 7), the most bioavailable and active form of K2.
