ZENIFEL® Spray works quickly, making it ideal for stressful situations both indoors and outdoors, such as travel in a carrier or visits to the vet. What are pheromones and how do they work? Pheromones are natural signals that cats use to communicate and feel safe in their home. When your cat rubs against furniture or you, it releases these pheromones, marking its territory and creating a sense of calm and well-being. ZENIFEL® mimics these pheromones to help calm your cat and reduce stress-related behaviors. Composition COMPOSITION: Calming pheromones (11.6%) with catnip extract (Nepeta cataria) (0.5%). Instructions for use Pet Carrier/Transport Apply up to 8 sprays inside the carrier. Repeat every 4 hours as needed. New animal or environment Before introducing your cat to a new pet or environment: spray door frames, corners of large furniture, and room corners up to 18 cm from the floor. Repeat every 6 hours as needed. Reapply once a day for up to 2 months. Urine marking Clean up all traces of urine, then spray the vertical surface from 13-18 cm above the floor. Reapply 1-3 sprays every 4 hours as needed. Scratches Apply up to 6 sprays once a day to the scratched area. Stressful events (weather, visitors, fireworks) Spray 24 hours before a planned event. If the event is not planned, wait 15 minutes after spraying before allowing the cat into the treated areas. Repeat every 6 hours as needed.
