Product description Nutmeg Essential Oil (Myristica fragrans) Nutmeg is the fruit of the nutmeg tree, a tree native to the Spice Islands. Nutmeg oil has a warming and analgesic effect when applied to the skin. HOW TO USE:Bath – Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with a carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed with one tablespoon (10ml) of carrier oil. Massage – Add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are added. Spraying – fill the water container in the aroma burner or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil. Sauna – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
