Mixed with massage oil or diluted in a bath, tangerine oil can support the nervous system, reduce bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and other digestive ailments, and also increase circulation to the skin, reduce fluid retention, and prevent stretch marks. How to use:BATH – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (6-12 drops of oil are used for one bath). MASSAGE – Add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are added.
