How to use:BATH – Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with a carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed with one tablespoon (10ml) of carrier oil. MASSAGE – Add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are added. DIFFUSION – fill the water container in the aroma burner with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil. SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water. PURE ESSENTIAL OILS 100% NATURAL FOR SKIN CONTACT ALWAYS USE DILUTED Ingredients: citrus limon, eucalyptus globulus, mentha piperita, limonene, citral, linalool. Note!
