Product description of Vagiwell® silicone stretching sticks Vagiwell® Dilators are medical-grade dilators made of silicone, specifically designed for vaginal dilation exercises. These dilators are suitable for home and clinical use. Application areas These dilators can be helpful in various situations where the vagina is too tight, for example: After childbirth Scarring as a result of an episiotomy or perineal tear After cancer treatments, such as radiation or chemotherapy Following gynecological surgeries that resulted in a reduction of the vaginal size Potentially perceived feelings of constriction due to personal reasons In cases of vaginismus (vaginal spasms) Vaginal narrowing caused by virginity or previously undistracted vaginal walls As a result of transgender surgery (male to female) and keeping open the artificially created vagina Pain during gynecological examinations with a speculum Difficulties inserting a tampon or during sexual intercourse Application To begin, the smallest size of dilator is carefully inserted and remains in the vagina for several minutes. Once the smallest size can be used comfortably, the next size can be used. The exercises should be performed in a relaxed sitting or lying position and, unless otherwise medically recommended, repeated daily. Once the largest dilator can be inserted without discomfort, sexual intercourse can be attempted.
