How to use - Internal use: 1 application every three days, for 30 days or as directed by a doctor. The frequency and duration of application depend on the dryness of the vaginal mucosa. Pierce the tube using the cap piercing device. Screw on a vaginal applicator. Fill the applicator with gel until the plunger stops. Unscrew the applicator from the tube, insert it into the vagina and press the plunger all the way down. Remove the applicator and plunger. - External use: Pierce the tube using the cap punch.
