For active athletes, consumption is recommended before the main meal, after physical activity. A 5-day break is recommended after the 25th day of each month. A three-month course is recommended. Afterwards, the product can be consumed, after a longer break of 15-30 days, for another three-month course. The product is suitable for long-term use.
