UPSA HydraFizz Description Orange-flavored food supplement containing electrolytes, caffeine, guarana, vitamins C and B3. Contains sugars and sweeteners. With carbohydrates and electrolytes: sodium, magnesium, potassium, and chloride. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise. Caffeine helps improve concentration. Guarana and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness. Vitamins C and B3 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
