How to use: - Intimate relaxation: External use: Apply, after cleansing, once or twice a day, to the affected areas (vulva, perineum). Internal use: Screw an applicator onto the tube instead of the cap; completely fill the applicator with cream by pressing the tube from the lower end; unscrew the applicator and replace the cap on the tube; lying down with your knees raised and apart, insert the applicator deep into the vagina, press the plunger all the way down, then remove the applicator. Use the applicator only once and throw it away after use.
