Before self-heating, the product is removed from the cardboard and cotton cover! After heating to the required temperature (50-60 C), the product is put to sleep in a cotton cover. Do not leave the product unattended during heating! Heating in a microwave oven : The edge of the product side is folded down and the product is placed on a rotating glass plate so that the product does not touch the walls of the oven. It heats up for a maximum of 3 minutes at a power of 600 watts. The grill function must be deactivated! After heating, it provides 3 hours of heat. The product can only be reheated after it has cooled completely. Due to the need for more frequent heating, heating is done at 10 second intervals until the ideal temperature is reached. Heating in a gas, hot air and electric oven : The edge of the product side is folded down and the product is placed on a porcelain plate (it must not touch the walls of the oven) and heated for about 10 minutes at 150 °C. The grill function must be deactivated! Warming in a water bath: It is best to use a heating device with temperature control. The product is placed in a container with cold water, the water is heated to about 80 °C, then the heating is stopped and the pillow is left to heat up in the water bath for another 5-10 minutes. The pillow is then removed and dried. The water must not boil! Cold application : Place the product without the cotton cover in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Do not put the product in the freezer! Warning If the product starts to increase in volume, stop heating immediately and check if the packaging has been damaged. In this case, the product no longer needs to be heated! Before placing the pillow on the affected area, we recommend you test the temperature by touch. During heat therapy, do not use a hot water bottle for pain of inflammatory origin, disorders of the circulatory system or fever. If the product comes into contact with sharp, pointed or hot objects, or if the product is overheated, it will be damaged, the warranty does not cover the product. The product is tested in the laboratory. No adverse effects were observed in contact with the skin. If the peat mixture gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water. In case of allergies or skin sensitivity to the materials used, consult your doctor before use. The unpackaged product can be stored at temperatures of 5-25 °C. Store the unpackaged product in a cooler, dark area without temperature fluctuations (ideally 8-15 °C). For long-term storage without use, it is advisable to put the product in the refrigerator. This will reduce drying of the product contents (a natural phenomenon of PVC packaging). The product can be disposed of with normal municipal waste.
