Main product description Psyllium nutritional supplement - the original Indian fiber, specially treated with steam. Mode of use The preparation is recommended to be taken in the amount of 2 teaspoons of fiber (10g of powder), which is mixed in 100 ml of water and drunk with at least 250-300 ml of water. To enhance the effect, the fibers are used twice a day (morning and evening). Warning: Not intended for children. Do not use dry psyllium. An increased intake of liquids is recommended. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
