The preparation contains psyllium (ground plantain seeds), inulin (extracted from chicory), live bacterial cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophius, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus). Mode of use The preparation is usually taken in a dose of 1 to 2 times a day in the amount of 5 capsules, preferably 10 minutes before a meal. Drink at least 200 ml of water for every 5 capsules. After two weeks, the dose can be halved. Children and adolescents in a dose of 2 capsules 1-2 times a day, to drink with water or fruit juice (in a minimum volume of 200 ml). Parents should consult their doctor before administering to children under 12 years of age. Warning: The product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not consume without liquids, it can cause suffocation. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The preparation must be kept out of the reach of children.
