Enzymatic cleansing with Tołpa ® Dermo Face foam The source of enzymes contained in the foam is papain. This ingredient is responsible for gentle exfoliation, which is gentler on the skin than mechanical exfoliation. Its action is to soften and dissolve dead skin, making the skin smooth and improving its color. This ingredient also supports regeneration and helps soothe irritations.
