PHARMACOTHERAPEUTIC CATEGORY: Cough sedatives and expectorants in combination. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 100 ml syrup contains: active ingredients: potassium sulfoguaiacolate 1.2 g; dropropizine 0.1 g. EXCIPIENTS: Syrup: sucrose, ethanol, sweet orange essence flavouring, citric acid monohydrate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, purified water. DIRECTIONS: Symptomatic treatment of coughs of any nature, irritant cough and smokers cough. CONTRAINDICATIONS/SIDE EFFECTS: Known individual hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product. Pregnancy, diabetes. DOSAGE: Syrup; children: 1 tablespoon twice a day. Adults: 1 tablespoon 2 to 4 times daily. To be taken as is or diluted in your favorite drink (hot or cold), preferably away from meals. CONSERVATION: None. WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended dose. After a short period of treatment without appreciable results, consult your doctor. INTERACTIONS: There are no known interactions with other medicinal products. SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea and other mild gastrointestinal disturbances have been reported rarely. PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING: As a precaution, the use of the product during breastfeeding is not recommended.
