ThermaCare Therapeutic Heat Patch for Neck, Shoulders and Wrists, 6PROPERTIES Therapeutic heat patch, designed to provide relief from muscle and joint pain. It is a patch made of soft and comfortable material, with thermal cells containing natural ingredients (Iron, Carbon, Salt and Water), which heat up when they come into contact with oxygen in the air.INDICATED FOR Relieve muscle and joint pain associated with: Fatigue and muscle tension. Overexertion, muscle strains and sprains. Arthritis.HOW TO USE 1. Do not open the protective pouch unless you are applying ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. 2. Peel back the paper from one end, exposing the adhesive side. 3. Place the part of the patch containing the heat cells over the painful area and press the adhesive part firmly onto the skin. 4. Peel back the paper from the other adhesive end and press firmly onto the skin. 5. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to leave ThermaCare® on for 8 hours.
