This sports heat patch was specially developed to provide soothing pain relief after strenuous exercise. The ergonomic and flexible heat wrap with four heating cells adapts perfectly to the body and provides targeted relief from muscle and/or joint pain. Application Tear open the pouch immediately before use. Do not cut into the heat wrap. Peel back the paper to expose the adhesive side. Place over the painful area with the adhesive side facing the skin (see section Do not use regarding body parts where heat wraps should not be used). It can take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the heat wrap after 8 hours. The treatment duration should not exceed 7 consecutive days.
