How to use Apply a generous amount of liquid to the inner skin of the ear canal, sufficient to completely wet the surface. Clean the ear canal by wiping away excess liquid with gauze or cotton wool, using gentle strokes from the inside out to remove wax, dirt and exudates, preventing them from re-entering the ear canal.
