Neepa Irving has two main goals in life: to not get pregnant like her mother did at sixteen years old and to graduate high school. Neepas other goal: to avoid being bullied. Her strategy has been to not be seen or heard, but no matter where shes lived-on the reservation or in the city-bullies find her.
