The difference between a tangram and a normal puzzle is that, while in a puzzle the pieces are placed in one way, according to a certain pattern, in a tangram the patterns are infinite - you can place the pieces however you want, resulting in all kinds of figures. All seven figures that make up the initial square will be used (and only them) to create any image. The pieces will be placed next to each other, without overlapping, in plan.
