This effect works not only during physical exertion, but also at rest. L-carnitine tartrate helps regeneration after physical exertion, heart activity and supports the bodys resistance. Method of administration: Without physical exertion: take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at lunch. During physical activity: take 2 tablets 30 minutes before exercise. The highest recommended dose is 2 tablets per day. Drink plenty of fluids. Warning: Do not exceed the daily dose. Do not use before bedtime.
