Swanson ® Soy Lecithin is a food supplement based on soy lecithin, enclosed in gel capsules. Each of them contains 1200 mg of lecithin to supplement the daily diet of adults with a valuable ingredient of natural origin. Where is lecithin found? Lecithin is an important component of almost every cell in the human body. Chemically, lecithin is a mixture of different fatty compounds, including: phospholipids, i.e. compounds made of fatty acids and glycerol and phosphoric acid with a choline molecule attached.
