Stratacel is a new advanced dressing in the form of silicone gel, for the rapid re-epithelialization of damaged or compromised tissue following fractional skin procedures. Properties: - it is a class II medical device; - it dries and forms a barrier that stops water loss from the cellular level and prevents the risk of bacterial or chemical contamination; - this new protective film created is gas permeable and water resistant, but does not strongly adhere to the wound bed or the newly formed granulation tissue; - creates an optimal microclimate for healing wounds, superficial wounds and burns; - this microclimate causes rapid re-epithelialization and reduces the inflammatory response, thus reducing the recovery time required after medical procedures; - can be used after cosmetic procedures such as: fractional laser procedures, superficial chemical peeling , fractional procedures for tattoo removal, microblading, microneedling, fractional radiofrequency, vaginal rejuvenation, other fractional procedures; - can be used after medical procedures, such as: cryosurgery (actinic keratosis), post therapy with 5-FU, medical tattooing (ex : post breast reconstruction), inflammatory skin changes;- it is well tolerated and is recommended for all categories of people including people with sensitive skin;- it is not suitable for exudative wounds, tunneled wounds or third degree burns. Active ingredients: Polydimethylsiloxanes, siloxanes , alkylmethyl silicones. Mode of use: Treatment of wounds after superficial resurfacing procedures (superficial chemical peeling, microdermabrasion, microblading, microneedling) - 1-2 applications per day for a minimum of 30 days. Treatment of wounds after fractional laser procedures - 1-2 applications per day for 30-60 days. Provides treatment on an area of 6 cm x 12 cm if applied 2 times a day, for 60 days.
