STERILENS IDRA ACTIVE HD PLUS Description Idra Active HD Plus is a sterile lubricating, moisturizing and emollient solution, with a balanced composition, very similar to tear fluid. Idra Active HD Plus contains a high percentage of hyaluronic acid, providing long-lasting hydration. Hyaluronic acid is a highly tolerated natural polymer, found in the tear film; it soothes irritations on the surface of the eye, keeping it optimally hydrated. Idra Active HD Plus eye drops are indicated for long-term lubrication and rehydration of dry eyes, even when a burning sensation or excessive tearing is felt. They are ideal for dry eyes caused by: prolonged use of all types of contact lenses; closed, smoky, air-conditioned or heated environments; insufficient tear production; menopause; foreign body sensation; exposure to wind, dust, smog or pollen; and computer work. How to use For dry eyes: Instill 2-3 drops of solution in each eye as needed, up to 4 times daily. Make sure at least 3 hours have passed between applications. For contact lens wearers: Place one drop of Idra Active HD Plus on the inner surface of the contact lens before application. The product can also be instilled onto the contact lens during use if contact lens application causes discomfort (foreign body sensation in the eye). Composition Hyaluronic acid 0.4%, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.2%, polyhexamethylenebiguanide 0.0002%; disodium phosphate, monosodium phosphate, sodium chloride, purified water. warnings Wash hands thoroughly before using the product. If eye irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the components of the product. Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the pipette. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product. Sterile until first opening. Conservation Keep away from heat sources, store in a dry place, at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Do not use the product after the expiry date. Use within 90 days of first opening.
