Separate the ear loops along the dotted line, applying light pressure to the marked line. Once this is done, place the eye mask over your eyes with the white side in contact with your skin, positioning the small slit above your nose for a better fit. After securing the loops behind your ears, leave it on for 20 minutes, enjoying a relaxing moment with your eyes closed. *If the eye mask becomes too warm, remove it from your skin for a few minutes before reapplying it.
