COMFEEL PLUS Description Comfeel Plus can be used for the treatment of low- to moderately exuding wounds, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, superficial burns, superficial partial-thickness burns, donor sites, post-operative wounds, and skin abrasions. The dressing may remain in place for up to 7 days depending on the specific characteristics of the wound. How to use In contact with wound exudate, the dressing forms a viscous gel that absorbs the exudate without adhering to the wound, creating the ideal moist environment for the healing process. Components Comfeel Plus is composed of absorbent sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles encapsulated in an elastic, adhesive mass. Calcium alginate has been added to the dressing to increase absorption. The top layer is made of semi-permeable polyurethane. Warnings For external use only.
