Turmeric latte can be prepared in two different ways: Easy preparation: Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte mix (approx. 2 g) into 200 ml of milk (plant-based milk works best), heat and sweeten to taste with agave syrup, coconut blossom sugar or honey. Preparation according to Ayurveda (GOLDEN MILK): First, a paste is prepared. To do this, mix 1/4 cup of spice mix with 1/2 cup of water. Then simmer over low heat on the stove until a paste forms. The paste can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 5-7 days. Stir 1 teaspoon of this delicious turmeric paste into 200ml of milk (plant-based milk works best) and heat. Simmer over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or sesame oil and, if desired, with agave syrup, honey or coconut blossom sugar.
