Open the solution vial and aspirate the contents through the needle cannula. 3. Replace the cannula with the nebulizer. 4. Place the nebulizer in your nostril and press the syringe plunger to nebulize. Repeat the process for the other nostril, trying to distribute the solution in the syringe evenly between both nostrils. 5. For older children and adults, stand upright with your head slightly tilted to one side and insert the nebulizer into your nostril. 6.
